  someone please explain to the drivers of HUGE buses that "right turn on red" is not their right just because they don't want to slow down, but a privilege when no other cars are coming from the "right of way" direction. Idiot driver of bus 119, off Meadowside onto Surf at 6:50pm, 5/20/10 THAT MEANS YOU. oh and stopping on Surf where there isn't even a stop, nice move- did you get your license from an online school off the internet?

  Never shows up on time...either extremely early or extremely late. Sometimes doesn't show up at all. Leaves you stranded more often than not, which is what happened to me twice today. Office does not help - just as rude and have no answers as to where the bus is. They make you feel like a huge bother for even calling. Same goes for the bus drivers if you dare ask them a question - I had the door of the Woodmont bus closed in my face before I could even get a chance to ask the driver anything. It was easy to tell I was trying to ask a question, as I was literally in front of the door. This same driver later was on the West Shore bus - the bus I was waiting for the first time around that never showed - and he drove right past me an hour later even as I waved him down. Unreliable and definitely unprofessional.

  The commuter connection between the Metro North train station and the office parks on Wheelers Farms Road is extremely UNRELIABLE. Sometimes the bus shows up, sometimes it doesn't. There is no set schedule and you are pretty much at the whim of the driver. I have been stranded on several occasions at either the office or at the train station. Calling the transit office doesn't do anything - there does not appear to be any communication between the driver and the office. I've arrived at the Milford train station at a little over 8 am and waited until 9 am for the bus to show. If the bus is at the train station be prepared to wait - he will take off before passengers from the train have completed disembarking. Be prepared to either walk or call a cab. Do not trust or depend upon this service - you will be left stranded (I have been stranded FOUR times). The kicker is that sometimes when I've gotten a ride to the station from work at the end of the day, the bus is parked at the station with the driver busy talking on his cellphone and obviously not driving the route.

  The comment that the telephone numbers are confused is not correct. The fax number is also the TTD number.
